4% Many US Drivers are NOT Intoxicated at 0.08% BAC due to their Acquired Tolerance.

MADD would like the Legal Limit to be set at 0.05 % BAC or at 0.04% BAC.... that would only cause even more armies of drivers being Mis Convicted for DWI/DUI in the USA. By my testing & observation over decades, many are not impaired of intoxicated at 0.08% BAC... just a state myth .... formed by collusion. Police are painting a picture of people highly intoxicated when they were not so. This extra, incentive money to police for DWI/DUI arrests &/or convictions is often the culprit.
Officer, what is your police base salary, last year? Officer, how much did you make above that base salary for yor DWI arrests or convictions, last year? Officer, what is the amount of total police salary on the bottom line of your IRS 1049 form, last year? Who is the biggest DWI/DUI arrestor in your police dept? Besides extra, incentive money, did you get a raise or promotion for your DUI/DWI arrests? What has your Chief of Police done to keep a DWI/DUI Quota from being in effect in his Police Dept? Officer, how many times in your own DWI arrests , was the driver not at or above 0.08%BAC?
Who in your police dept is reported to or is involved for you to get this Extra, Incentive DWI arrest money? DWUI/DUI CheckPoint Duty is a premium paid assignment, is that not right?
The arresting police officer & or the breathtesting officer is/are your client's biggest enemy in the courtroom.... they should be challenged on everything they testify to... I, instead, see a lot of schmoooooozing, in USA courtrooms, as if the the police officer was your golfing partner & not your client's biggest enemy in the courtroom!!!
