Drug Recognition "Experts" aka DR"E"s are not Scientists,.... they are pseudo-"scientists"

One of the lowest paid positions at a hospital are those that hourly take the patient's vital signs. People can be easily trained to take vital signs, no real great accomplishment. I have told future defendants on my website & through emails or phone calls not to cooperate with these DR"E"s ... you have to give a breath sample or a urine sample, if asked , but do nothing else. They have no real background in neither science nor in medicine. Actually, the entire idea is thoroughly based on group collusion .... "IF WE ALL DO THE SAME THING, WE WILL GAIN RESPECT" 'Hmmmm, you can't do the romberg test or the finger-to-nose test, ...then, you must be under the effects of a drug'.... weren't these two tests abandoned by NHTSA? Long ago? Many people will fail the HGN, the W&T & the OLS tests , while totally sober. Then, there is always the danger of writing up the DR'E' report based on the urine drug test, & inventing the rest of the report. Nothing is videotaped for courtroom scrutiny... You do your DWI/DUI clients a great disdeed/ disfavor by going along with this DR'E' scam, that originated with the LAPD..
