DUI Expungement in Arizona

A new user asked "I am a CDL-A holder since Jul 2004. Currently unemployed because of the
insurance companies prospective employers use who have certain
guidelines about hiring individuals with DUI records. I have had 3 DUIs
prior to obtaining my CDL. These were in: Feb 1999, Dec 1994, and may
1993. DOT regulations stipulate that a person may obtain a CDL after 5
years from conviction, providing no other charges are pending or
active. Most of the companies are fine with my application until their
Safety Department finds the DUIs listed. All are over 10 yrs old. How
do I get them expunged?"
