New DUI Question

A new user asked "My brother had arrested two days ago and the cop was so rude to him and
told him to do the breathe test and he did it two times and he put that
he refused the test. He never got even a ticket before for anything. I
am just wondering that is there any ways, he can get out of this caes
without getting a suspension of licence. And the cop didn't even
mention anywhere the alchol level. He only had two beers."
