As an Associate Attorney at The McShane Firm, Ms. Genther specializes in appeals. This means that, under the unfortunate circumstances that a successful result is not obtained in the trial court, Ms. Genther uses her foundational skill set and superior research and writing skills to appeal the trial court determination in the Superior or Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Genther, like all of the attorneys at The McShane Firm, has attended numerous advanced training sessions and programs designed to enhance her knowledge in the realm of DUI law. She holds certificates both as a Practitioner and as an Instructor in NHTSA/IACP approved Standardized Field Sobriety Testing courses. Additionally, Ms. Genther received a certificate in the NHTSA/IACP Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement course. These courses were specifically designed for police officers to determine whether they should arrest an individual for Driving Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance.

In addition to these training programs, Ms. Genther has also attended several seminars regarding appellate law, such as the Appellate Advocacy Practicum taught by various members of the Superior, Commonwealth and Supreme Courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. With this foundational background, Ms. Genther ensures that every aspect of a case is examined for appellate issues and raised in a professional manner in the appellate arena so that each client’s rights are properly protected.
