with the new cdlis system connecting all states, is anyone else having a problem with florida and their incessant need to suspend or revoke peoples license from another state? they tend to not follow the interstate compact law and take other states convictions for dui/dwi as their own. Can anyone help to fight florida or know who to contact any information would be helpful.

can my husband appeal a conviction for dui if it is considered an interstate case? He is a resident of Arkansas, but failed to change his Florida license over and received a dui on the Florida license. However, because of the new CIDLIS we didn't find out about Florida's suspension of his license until 2008.
